Do you provide medical transportation or wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes, we offer specialized medical transportation with drivers trained to assist passengers. We have wheelchair-accessible vehicles available—please mention this requirement when booking. For patients with specific medical needs, we can accommodate oxygen tanks and other medical equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. For airport transfers, we allow free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup since we reserve vehicles specifically for these trips. No-shows and cancellations within 30 minutes of pickup may incur a $15 fee.
